Welcome to TeamToss ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

TeamToss provides a platform for organizing recreational sports matches, managing team rosters, and creating balanced teams through our shuffling algorithm. These services are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate agreement.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. TeamToss reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

Our platform is designed to facilitate friendly sports matches. You agree not to use the Services to:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services.

The "Fair Shuffle" feature uses an algorithm based on player ratings provided by the organizer. While we strive to create the most balanced teams possible:

1. We do not guarantee a specific outcome or win/loss ratio for any team generated by our system.
2. The accuracy of the balance depends entirely on the accuracy of the data input by the organizer.
3. TeamToss is not responsible for any disputes or disagreements arising from team allocations during your matches.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamToss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any physical injuries or damages sustained during matches organized through our platform. We are a software provider, not a sports facility operator.
